Community preview publication terms

Version: 16 October 2026

Using our model generators and downloading 3MF/STL files does not require community publication. Publication is a separate voluntary choice, unchecked by default. If you enable it before an export, your next generated preview is submitted for human moderation. You can leave it disabled and still use the generator for free.

What is shared

Only a JPEG image preview of the generated design, a title you choose (or generic product name), an automatically assigned anonymous nickname, the generator type and the actual submission date. We do not publish the original model file, design source files, your email address or full QR destination URL as metadata. Text, logos and QR codes visible inside the image itself may remain visible.

Ownership and permission

You keep ownership of your original artwork. By opting in, you confirm that you own or have the right to share any brands, photographs, artwork, names and information visible in the preview, and grant Master Tool Box 3D a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable permission to display that preview on its own website for community showcasing. This does not grant other users a commercial license to reproduce your work.

Review and removal

We review previews before publishing and can reject or remove them for privacy, intellectual-property, safety or quality reasons. You may withdraw publication permission or request removal by contacting the website operator through the contact details on the main site. Your browser also stores a private removal token for your submitted preview; clearing browser data may delete that token. Withdrawal does not retroactively undo lawful past display.

Privacy

Only share material intended for public display. Do not include private addresses, telephone numbers, personal URLs, QR contents or third-party personal data unless you have appropriate permission. Preview submission involves storing the preview and a hashed browser-held removal token for moderation, publication and abuse prevention. For data protection requests, use the site's published contact details and privacy information. We do not use publication consent for email marketing.

Community reactions

Visitors may react once per browser profile per creation. We store a hash of a local random visitor token to prevent casual duplicate reactions. No comments are collected in this release.
